Visual Ecologies of Placemaking is a collection of essays that discuss the idea of placemaking in relation to how we, as humans, build our interpretations of place. The essays explore what we bring to an experience that form our idea of place such as social, physical, and mental states, as well as sensory input. With this cover design, I wanted to show those different influences and how they interact and relate to one another.
